Summer Classes at ENC
now more than ever, students need options for completing college credits that are both affordable and accessible. our online summer course offerings are designed to help meet those needs. whether you are a new enc student looking to jumpstart your coursework, a high school upperclassmen looking to earn college credit for your future, or just someone looking to expand your horizons, we have options that you can complete anywhere you have internet access.

Looking Back at Summer Session 2020
during the 2020 summer session, we offered more than a dozen classes entirely online, in subjects ranging from chemistry to business. students had the chance to earn up to 6 college credits in just 6 weeks. classes available during the summer of 2020 included the following:
CP100, Critical Writing & Speaking (3 cr.)
365投注官网 ENC’s introductory college writing course, CP100 introduces students to writing and speech for general academic discourse. This course is one of ENC’s General Education requirements, usually completed in a student’s first semester of study.
CP150, Christian Tradition (3 cr.)
365投注官网 This course surveys pivotal events in Christian history, with attention to the people, socio-cultural influences, and theological concerns involved. This course is one of ENC’s General Education requirements, usually completed in a student’s first year of study.
CP195, The West in the World Since 1500 (3 cr.)
This course surveys the broad patterns of Western historical development in their global context. This course is one of ENC’s General Education requirements, usually completed in a student’s first year of study.
PE101, Theory of Wellness (2 cr.)
This course helps students understand and apply the concepts of lifetime personal health and wellness. This course is one of ENC’s General Education requirements, unless a student plays at least two seasons as a varsity athlete for the college.
IS399, Science, Technology, & Society (3cr.)

BA110, Intro to Business (3 cr.)
This course provides an introductory overview of business activities and offers an opportunity for students to evaluate many business careers.
MK252, Principles of Marketing (3 cr.)
This course introduces the field and practices of marketing, including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies. Students typically complete this course during their second year of study.
AC222, Principles of Accounting 2 (3 cr.)
This course explores principles related to accounting for partnerships, corporations, and manufacturing organizations. Students need to have completed AC221 (Principles of Accounting 1) prior to enrollment.
CH101, Intro to Chemistry (3 cr.)
365投注官网 This is the first part of a two-semester sequence, focusing on basic principles of chemistry and designed for students who do not plan to major in Chemistry. The lab that accompanies this course is not included in the online summer offering.
CH104, General Chemistry 2 (3 cr.)
This is the second part of a two-semester sequence, exploring the principles of chemistry for those who plan to do further work in chemistry and related fields. The lab that accompanies this course is not included in the online summer offering.
